I have published over 70 academic articles in international journals, given several hundred academic talks, received numerous competitive research grants, and moved universities multiple times to advance my academic career. I know what it takes to succeed in the academy.
I’m also a Gallup-certified Strengths and a professor who has mentored hundreds of undergrads and PhD students and post docs and junior faculty to attain fulfilling academic careers.
