In our call, I will assess where you are, where you want to be, and discuss possible ways we can work together. At the end of our first call, ifwe both think that it's the right time for you to pursue your goal with me as your academic career coach, we will schedule a 15-minute follow-up call. Then I will create two possible plans specific to your goals and communication preferences and discuss them with you in our follow-up call.3. Execute with accountability. Text, assessment, and/or audio/video packages have deadlines you set attached to them, to keep progress steady and measurable, so your execution matches your intention.4. Clarify your strategy. If you choose to have video meetings/audio calls as part of your plans, we will analyze your unique environment and constraints and map a concrete plan with milestones and priorities.
